About Suzanne Willis-My Mission Statement:
My philosophy is simple: clients come first. I pledge to be in constant communication with my clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. I believe that if you’re not left with an amazing experience, I haven’t done my job. I don’t measure success through achievements or awards, but through the satisfaction of my clients.
I want, what you want. Simple. When I meet with a buyer, we walk through a house to thoroughly understand what they like and dislike. When I come to the home of a seller, I begin the first meeting seeking to understand their concerns and fears of selling their home. I have confidence I can help you walk through the process with little or no stress.
For many years before selling real estate, I was a math professor. The skills I used to educate adults on a hard to understand topic are the same skills I use to educate my clients on how to protect themselves when buying or selling real estate. I have a comprehensive understanding of contracts, negotiating, and marketing. It is important to me that my clients also gain this understanding.
Over the years because of my husband’s job, my family has moved eight times… 6 cities and 2 states. I understand the emotional side of selling a home. I’ve had two mortgages at the same time… I’ve sold a house while living in a different state… I personally understand.
I understand the pressure that falls on both the buyer and seller during this time. That is why, overall, I value confidentiality between myself and my clients. A trusting relationship has been vital to the numerous outcomes I’ve achieved thus far.
